Position Title: Student Pastor
Reports to: Lead Pastor
Department: Ministerial Staff
Status: Full Time, Exempt, 40-60 hours per week
Location: First Baptist Church Borger, Texas
Manages: Support Staff and Key Volunteers
Pay: Commensurate with Experience, Education and Background

Biblical Qualifications
The Student Pastor lives out their calling by upholding the biblical qualifications of a pastor. Titus 2 and I Timothy 3

Church Expectations
He reports to the Lead Pastor and manages staff and volunteers in the Student ministry.

Teaching Ministry
The church’s teaching ministry is the responsibility of all ministerial staff members under the direction of the Lead Pastor and the Elders. Together, we uphold biblical doctrines and theology across each ministry area.
