Responsibilities:

As our Pastor, you will play a pivotal role in shepherding our congregation and guiding us in our spiritual growth. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Leading worship services, delivering meaningful sermons, and facilitating engaging Bible studies.
• Providing pastoral care, counseling, and support to individuals and families during both joys and challenges.
• Collaborating with church leadership to plan and organize events, programs, and initiatives that foster spiritual development and community outreach.
• Nurturing the spiritual growth of our diverse congregation through teaching, mentorship, and discipleship.
• Promoting a culture of love, unity, and inclusion within the church and the broader community.

Qualifications: We are seeking a pastor who possesses the following qualifications and attributes:
• A clear and profound calling from God to serve in pastoral ministry.
• A deep and genuine love for God and a commitment to sharing His word with others.
• Strong communication skills, both in delivering powerful sermons and connecting with individuals on a personal level.
• Relevant theological education and a solid understanding of the Bible.
• A heart for pastoral care and the ability to provide guidance and support to individuals in various life stages.
• Leadership skills that enable collaboration, vision-setting, and growth within the congregation.
• A warm, approachable demeanor and the ability to connect with people of all ages.
