Responsibilities include leading adult choir, orchestra, praise band, and vocal praise teams for two Sunday morning worship services. Other responsibilities include oversight for the a/v team and media required for the online broadcast, leadership for a Sunday night worship academy for children, and congregational care associated with being a full time minister at local church.
