Associate Pastor of Mission and Outreach Full Time

First Baptist Church Americus is looking for an individual who can inspire, guide, and direct us in our efforts to reach the lost, love our neighbors, and be on mission with God.

Description:

A full job description is available upon request, but the job will mainly consist of:

• Being a consistent missionary presence in the community and leading church members to follow your example. A good example would be reaching out to our local college campuses.
• Serve as the leader of the missions committee. (Local outreach projects, domestic and international mission trips.
• Staff liaison to local ministry partnerships.
• Hospitality and visitor engagement
• Share in teaching and preaching responsibilities as needed and gifted
