Full-Time Pastor Full Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated full-time pastor to lead our congregation. He will:

– Lead worship services and deliver sermons that convey deep spiritual truths with a gentle spirit. 
– Live in the church’s parsonage as part of the compensation package.
– Oversee all day-to-day church operations and employees.
– Provide counseling and support to individuals and families. 
– Be proactive in initiating and developing church programs and activities alongside church members.
– Establish relationships with leaders of other churches in the community and encourage inter-church activities.
– Regularly visit and/or check in with members (both active and inactive) and visitors.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree required (appropriate or similar experience will be considered)
– Seminary preferred, but not required
– At least 5 years of experience working in church ministry
