Youth Director Part Time

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the Youth Ministry (grades 6 -12)
– Develop and lead a weekly student Bible study
– Plan, promote, and lead students on a yearly discipleship camp and missions opportunities.
– Work with Youth Ministry volunteers in gathering students to a saving relationship with Christ and growing them to be disciples who make disciples.
– Provide biblical guidance to families of youth.
– Participate in the outreach ministry of FBC Bevil Oaks.
– Attend staff and leadership meetings as needed.
– Maintain a growing relationship with the Lord through daily Bible study and prayer.
– Maintain a proper priority at home, providing for personal physical, mental, and spiritual health of yourself and your family.

Qualifications:
– Qualities described in 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1 for a pastor.
– Affirm the Baptist Faith and Message (2000).
– A desire to humbly serve God’s people.
