This is a full-time combo position that oversees Preschool, Kids, and Students at First Baptist Church, Camden, Arkansas. This southern Arkansas church is in the midst of revitalization efforts in a community desperate for revitalization. This multigenerational church runs between 80 -100 each week in worship, but is laser-focused on reaching the next generation and families. Our preschool and kids ministry has 20-30 each week and we just re-launched our student ministry and are running 6-10 students each week. We’re looking for a self-driven leader to guide an incredible team of volunteers.
