Pastor Full Time

FBC Charleston is seeking and praying for a pastor. Full time or bi-vocational applicants will be considered. We are a very giving and prayerful Church, asking God to send us a leader to direct us in Bible Study and Discipleship. Our commi=unity needs this Church to be a beacon of light to the needy and lost. Growing our attendance of kids, youth, and young adults is a top priority. We are seeking a pastor with a minimum of a bachelors degree or experience equivalent to that. Seminary training or completion is a plus. We are praying for God’s guidance in this process while also praying that God is calling on the man to fill this position. We understand we are workers and servents for God to use and pray that we will have a leaded to lead us in doing God’s Will. We have regular Sunday Service at 900am, Sunday School at 1015am, Young Adult Bible Study on Tuesdays 700pm, Wed Night Prayer Meeting and Bible Study 530pm. We participate in Operation Christmas Child, often assist with activities at local nursing home, have drive-thru prayer on Tuesday mornings, support the local Baptist Assn kids summer camp, and often sponsor youth to attend Fuge camps.
