Minister of Music/Worship Director Full Time

First Baptist Church of Clanton, AL is seeking a full time minister of music. This position will lead and direct corporate worship, choir, and oversee all aspects of music in the life of FBC. This will be a dual role position but the additional responsibilities will be based upon the skill set and spiritual gifting of the applicant.  

FBC is seeking someone who has:

-Love for Jesus and serves Him diligently
-Competency in and strong knowledge of music
-Leadership ability
-Organizational skills
-Capability of overseeing music and streaming licensing 
-Teamwork mindset
-Ability to direct choir
-Heart for a blended style of worship

FBC would prefer:

-A degree in music
-Competency with digital sound equipment
-Knowledge of ProPresenter 
-Experience in vocational ministry
