Minister of Youth and Families Full Time

First Baptist Church College Station is seeking a Minister of Youth and Families. The minister will provide a warm, welcoming, and loving environment for students from 7th-12th grade and their families. Additionally, the applicant will develop a ministry that equips parents to lead in discipleship in the home and through the church ministry. Applicants need to be highly relational, task-oriented in independent and collaborative environments, and able to think strategically. Salary for this position is commensurate with qualifications, education, and experience. Benefits currently include health insurance for the employee, retirement contribution, paid holidays, and PTO.
