Maintenance and Grounds Manager Part Time

First Baptist Church Dandridge is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated part-time Maintenance and Grounds Manager to serve the church by maintaining its campus facilities and Mission House with excellence. The ideal candidate must be at least 25 years old, possess a minimum of a high school diploma, and bring at least four years of experience in maintenance or construction with practical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems. Responsibilities include routine repairs, periodic deep cleaning, seasonal snow removal, managing outside contractors, ordering supplies, and handling event setups, which requires the physical ability to lift 75–100 pounds and the flexibility to work occasional after-hours events.
