Student Pastor Full Time

First Baptist Church of DeFuniak Springs is seeking a full-time Student Pastor that can minister to an awesome group of teenagers in our church.  Looking for someone who deeply loves Jesus, is passionate about discipling young people, grounded in Scripture, energetic, and team oriented.
 
We are located in the Florida panhandle, close to the most beautiful beaches in the world. We have a strong Student Ministry with amazing volunteers and solid church support. DeFuniak Springs was recently voted the best small town in Florida but the secret is out, as we have experienced significant growth over the past couple of years in the Student Ministry, the church, and our city. 

We offer two worship services each Sunday morning and the students have a Wednesday evening service with a talented Spirit-led Student band. Our combined worship attendance is averaging 350 so far this year.
