Eldorado is a close-knit town of approximately 3,700 residents, located just two hours from St. Louis, Missouri, and about an hour from either Evansville, Indiana, or Paducah, Kentucky. Nestled at the edge of the beautiful Shawnee National Forest, our community offers a peaceful setting with abundant opportunities for connection and service.

Our church recently completed a new multipurpose ministry facility, which includes dedicated spaces for children and students, as well as a gymnasium and a fully equipped kitchen. This new addition enhances our capacity for discipleship, fellowship, and outreach.

Weekly Sunday morning worship services and Sunday school classes for all ages
Family-focused ministries such as Vacation Bible School, Bible drills, and mission education

Regular involvement in local outreach with a growing vision for broader mission engagement
Qualifications & Expectations The ideal candidate will:

Demonstrate a Christ-centered, Spirit-led life
Affirm the Baptist Faith and Message 2000
Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; seminary degree preferred
Exhibit strong preaching, leadership, and pastoral care abilities
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. All applications will be carefully and prayerfully considered in discernment of God’s direction for our church.
