The primary purpose of Student Minister is to develop and implement a ministry for 7th-12th grade that introduces them to Christ, disciples them in spiritual growth, and trains them to serve Christ with their life. Of equal importance is to assist and empower parents/guardians in raising their teenagers to a spiritual awareness and maturity. In accomplishing this mission, the Student Minister will work together with church staff and leadership and fully support the ministries of First Baptist Church George West.
