Associate Family Pastor Full Time

First Baptist Church, Greenbrier, TN, is seeking a full-time Associate Family Pastor who will primarily be responsible for the oversight of next generation ministries (children, students, & young families). 

The Associate Pastor must meet the qualifications of the office of pastor given in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9, have a deep commitment to God’s word (and be able to communicate it clearly and apply it correctly), and exhibit a personal commitment to evangelism and missions. A degree from an accredited seminary and some church staff experience is preferred. 

The duties will include overseeing our children and student ministries, working with staff to set direction and tone of ministries, planning and coordinating events, and other duties of a pastor such as regular preaching and meeting with members.

FBC Greenbrier is an established congregation in a growing area just outside of Nashville.
