Primary Purpose: Lead and oversee the church’s junior high, high school, and college ministries by providing vision, discipleship, outreach, and pastoral care.

Key Responsibilities Include:

•Lead weekly student ministry programs, events, and discipleship efforts.
•Recruit, train, equip, and support volunteers and student leaders.
•Reach and engage unchurched students through outreach and relationships.
•Help students grow spiritually and serve in the church and community.
•Oversee ministry planning, communication, facilities, and budget.
•Serve as part of the church’s pastoral leadership through counseling, hospital visits, ministry teams, and church-wide strategy.
