Youth & Family Ministries Full Time

FBC Hemphill is looking for our next Pastor of Youth and Families. This position will work closely with the staff and Sr. Pastor to develop all aspects of the Youth and Family Ministry of the church. The Youth and Family Pastor will be expected to develop and continue to develop the Youth and Family Ministry as well as further developing our core group of Youth Volunteers.

The Youth and Family Pastor will work closely with staff and volunteers to develop a Ministry that is driven to develop our young people into fully devoted followers of Jesus. This will include Sunday and Wednesday activities – special events such as 5th quarters and D-Now. It will also include coordinating all scheduling and planning for Summer Children’s and Youth camps.

The Youth and Family Pastor will work closely with the staff and Pastor in all phases of developing the small group structure of the church. This could include curriculum, group meeting times as well as leadership training.
