Pastor Full Time

First Baptist Church Leesville is prayerfully seeking a full-time pastor to lead, shepherd and grow our multigenerational congregation. As a small-town church in a growing area, we value close-knit relationships, genuine fellowship and the sense of community. The importance of hospitality and fellowship can be found best in our church slogan, “Where Friends Become Family”.

We are looking for a pastor who shares our heart for the Gospel and is passionate about preaching God’s word and building meaningful connections both inside and outside of the church. Our ideal candidate is someone who leads with humility and compassion and recognizes the importance of ministering to every generation- from children and young families to older adults. We desire someone who values tradition, while embracing opportunities to reach new people, strengthen families and help our congregation grow in faith and service.
