STUDENT MINISTRY

• Create and lead a word centered student ministry, including discipleship, evangelism, worship and service
• Lead ongoing weekly student ministry on Sundays and Wednesdays as well as retreats, camps, mission trips and other special events
• Provide biblical preaching and teaching for students
• Provide pastoral care for students, parents and leaders
• Encourage students to develop a passionate love for God and others and a desire to glorify Him in all areas of their lives
• Encourage an environment where students feel connected to one another and to leaders
• Be actively involved in the lives of students, building relationships with student and parents in our church and community
• Maintain regular and effective communication with students and parents
• Integrate student ministry into the life of the church and encourage intergenerational culture
• Personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Passionate love for students – desire to reach and disciple
• Effective communicator of God’s word
• Personal integrity, humility and a servants heart
• Ability to motivate, encourage and equip students and leaders
• Skilled in administration, organization, communication and interpersonal relationships
• Self motivated, self disciplined and a team player

MUSIC

• Provide leadership, development and oversight of the worship ministry and its volunteers
• Organize and lead the music of both services
• Strong vocal ability
• Recruit band members and praise team
• Oversee and recruit volunteers to run sound, live fee, and other element of Sunday morning services.
• Administration of scheduling musicians, songs, etc
• Stay current on media based programs
• Proclaim, Propresenter, etc.
