Position Summary: We are prayerfully seeking a Christ-centered, Spirit-led Lead Pastor to guide our church and community in fulfilling our vision and mission. The ideal candidate will be a passionate preacher and teacher of God’s Word, a compassionate shepherd to the congregation, and a visionary leader capable of equipping and motivating others for ministry and service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care to the church and local community

Prepare and deliver engaging, biblically sound weekly sermons aligned with the church’s vision and mission

Oversee and work collaboratively with church staff, ministry leaders, and volunteers

Cast and implement vision for the church in alignment with its core values

Foster a welcoming, multicultural, and multigenerational church environment

Encourage and equip members to actively serve in ministry

Teach and disciple individuals and groups to grow in faith

Represent the church in the community with a heart for outreach and evangelism

Qualifications

A committed follower of Jesus Christ with a deep love for the Church

Ordained minister with a degree in theology, ministry, or a related field preferred

Strong communication, teaching, and preaching skills

Proven leadership experience as a pastor or youth pastor 

Shepherd’s heart with a servant-leader mindset

Highly motivational and able to inspire church engagement and service

Preferably bilingual (Spanish/English) to better serve a diverse congregation
