First Baptist Church of Dixon is seeking a Bi-Vocational pastor to lead our church according to God’s word and direction. The pastor shall conduct Sunday services and Wednesday night Bible study. He shall perform congregation visitations, counseling, funerals and other ceremonies as needed. The applicant’s beliefs should align with the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), Missouri Baptist Convention (MBC) and the Baptist Faith Message (BFM) 2000. Salary will be based on education and experience. Ideal candidates will possess the requirements outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
