Director of Children’s Ministry/Minister of Children Part Time

First Baptist Church of Gautier is seeking a part-time Director of Children’s Ministry/Minister of Children. This role, reporting to the Senior Pastor, provides leadership and oversight to all children’s ministries (birth–6th grade), including Sunday worship, Vacation Bible School, outreach, and family discipleship. The Director will recruit and train volunteers, coordinate events, manage the ministry budget, and partner with families to disciple children in the faith. Candidates should have a growing relationship with Jesus Christ, strong leadership and organizational skills, a passion for working with children, and affirm and adhere to the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message. Ministry experience and/or a degree in ministry or education is preferred but not required.
