Lead Pastor Full Time

First Baptist Church of  Kirtland in Kirtland, NM is prayerfully in search of a new Lead Pastor with a heart for God and a clear vision for the church. We are a multi-ethnic Southern Baptist congregation. We are looking forward to welcoming an authentic, Gospel-driven, and relationally-gifted pastor to lead, serve, and love us as we love him in the walk that God is calling us. We are seeking someone who actively demonstrates his commitment to the truth of Scripture and abiding relationship with Jesus Christ. This leader needs to have integrity, meekness, and commitment. He must be able to relate well with others and be a shepherd and encourager of God’s flock. He must be involved in our multi-ethnic, multi-religious community, have a passion for God, and be a friend to all ages. He must also be able to share: a Spirit-filled message through preaching and teaching, the gospel with the lost, his life in love with believers, and promote going to the nations.
