Associate Pastor/Minister to Students Full Time

First Baptist Nesbit is looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves students, and feels called to walk alongside middle and high schoolers as they grow in their faith.  If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.  The ideal candidate for this job opportunity:

• Views student ministry as a calling from God and not just a job
• Is ordained before or shortly after stepping into the role
• Has a Bachelor’s degree in Bible or Christian Ministry, but a Master’s degree from an accredited seminary is preferred.
• Has at least 3 years of full-time experience serving in student ministry
• Has a marriage where their wife is walking alongside them in this calling
• Is aligned with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message, and comfortable ministering within a non-charismatic theological framework
• Lives a clean, growing walk – with no divorce in your story

          Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications
