Youth Minister (Full-Time)
First Baptist Church – Palestine, Texas
 
First Baptist Church of Palestine, TX is seeking a full-time Youth Minister to lead and disciple our middle and high school students. This individual will provide vision, organization, and hands-on leadership for a growing student ministry and will serve as a key member of our pastoral staff team.
 
This position includes Youth and Youth Family Ministry as the primary responsibility, with a secondary potentially in media,  depending on the candidate’s gifting and experience.
 
We are located in East Texas and have experienced significant growth over the past year. We are praying for a leader who is:
·      Passionate about discipling the next generation
·      Grounded in Scripture and sound doctrine
·      Energetic, relational, and team-oriented
·      Committed to partnering with parents
·      Able to recruit and equip volunteer leaders
 
Responsibilities include weekly student gatherings, Bible teaching, outreach, discipleship, camps/events, and collaboration with church leadership.
