Associate Pastor or Director of Children and Family Ministry Full Time

ASSOCIATE PASTOR OR DIRECTOR OF CHILDREN AND FAMILY MINISTRY

REPORTS TO:  Senior Pastor

SCHEDULE:  Full time position

JOB SUMMARY:  We are a loving, Christ-centered, biblically based Church in the Sandhills region of North Carolina.  We also are a vibrant, growing Church with an exciting future ahead of us.  We are expanding our campus and looking for the right candidate to bring their talents and gifts to lead our Children’s Ministry. This person must be deeply committed to Christ and align with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000.  He or she is responsible for developing, managing, and directing all aspects of our Children’s Ministries programs (nursery through 5th grade), and providing a firm foundation for our children and their families to grow spiritually in Christ.  This person will provide creative and energetic leadership to parents and volunteers who want to participate in the discipleship of our children through various programs and activities in the Children’s Ministry.

Salary range:  $70,000 to $80,000
