Next Gen Associate Pastor Full Time

Responsible for leadership, development, and implementation of our Youth,
Children’s, and Young Adult Ministries. To include both hand’s on ministry as
well as development of leadership within each ministry. Working together with
ministry leadership to dream and cast vision. This position will also be part of the
staff leadership team planning and implementing outreach and education for
Kingdom growth. Will work closely with and be accountable to the Senior Pastor
and will fill preaching responsibilities as needed.
This is intended to be a full time position, but will consider part-time if there is a
initial need for the candidate’s situation.
Qualifications for this position are:
1. Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, knowing Him as their
Lord and Savior, followed by believer’s baptism.
2. Must feel they are called by God to ministry. This position should be viewed
primarily as a calling rather than a job.
3. Must biblically agree and affirm the Baptist Faith and Message of 2000
4. Must meet and adhere to the Biblical qualifications of 1Timothy 3 and Titus 1
5. Ministry experience and education/degree is preferred but not mandatory.
