Next Generation/Student Pastor Full Time

First Baptist Church of Sherwood, Arkansas is focused on knowing, loving, and serving Jesus! We are looking for an experienced Next Generation/Student pastor to come alongside our youth and disciple them to be like Jesus. This role would be an associate to our senior pastor and would have other pastoral responsibilities.
Qualifications for this role:
• Knows, loves, and serves Jesus!
• Called to student ministry.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Christian ministry. Master’s from an SBC seminary is preferred.
• Five years of experience serving in fulltime student or family ministry.
• Able to teach students.
• Married and manages his household well.
• Agrees with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000, plus recent amendment.
