Senior Pastor Full Time

First Baptist Church of Woodbridge, VA is searching for their next Senior Pastor. The Senior Pastor will lead First Baptist Church of Woodbridge (FBCW) to fulfill its mission of glorifying God by making disciples who make disciples. More specifically, the Senior Pastor will (1) serve as the primary teaching/preaching elder among a group of elders at FBCW and will plan, prepare, and preach biblical messages for all English-speaking worship services at FBCW; (2) seek God’s guidance for His direction and work with the Senior Leadership Staff and the Elders to communicate that vision for FBCW to fulfill its mission; (3) foster and ensure a commitment to biblical truth across all ministry areas while modeling servant leadership; and (4) lead members of the church staff, deacons, and volunteers to accomplish their tasks and to develop their fullest potential in ministry effectiveness.
