Worship Pastor Full Time

First Baptist Church in Ozark, Missouri (FBCO) is seeking a Worship Pastor to provide spiritual and pastoral leadership for the worship ministry of the church. This individual will lead the congregation through biblically grounded, God-centered corporate worship that exalts Jesus Christ and encourages believers toward deeper devotion and obedience.

The Worship Pastor will lead, disciple, and develop worship ministry volunteers and teams while prayerfully planning and coordinating worship services in partnership with the Lead Pastor and church leadership. Through dependence upon the Holy Spirit, the Worship Pastor will help cultivate worship gatherings that are reverent, Christ-centered, congregationally engaging, and rooted in Scripture.

This position is both pastoral and musical in nature. FBCO is seeking a spiritual leader who models Godly character, loves the local church, and desires to disciple people as much as lead music.
