This position is an Associate Pastor role responsible for leading the church’s entire music ministry, including worship leadership and choir. The ideal candidate will respect the church’s current musical traditions while helping guide the congregation toward a more blended worship style.

In addition to worship leadership, the Worship/Family Pastor will assist the Lead Pastor in building strong relationships within the church and the surrounding community. This role will also help the church fulfill the Great Commission by making disciples and assisting in developing and maintaining a comprehensive discipleship and Bible study program.

The ideal candidate will have a heart for ministering to people of all ages and will work to help the church grow as a healthy, multigenerational congregation.
