ActiveResponsibilities
- Support the Lead Pastor in accomplishing the church’s mission
- Lead the ministry staff in establishing an ongoing direction of ministries
- Ensure the church’s operational readiness by leading and overseeing the support staff through church administration, human resources, supply, and facilities oversight duties.
- Facilitate the annual strategic planning process
- Establish and maintain a set of objectives and key results (OKRs) that provide the Lead Pastor and church staff with ongoing visibility of the effectiveness of all functional areas of the church.
- Assist the Financial Administrator and Lead Pastor in developing annual financial plans
- Assist the Lead Pastor in the church’s multi site strategy
- Champion the development of infrastructure by all ministries and support areas that support the healthy, long-term growth of the church.
- Lead the church’s building programs, including capital fundraising campaigns, master planning, design and architecture, contractor selection, and construction.

What You Bring
- Undergrad in Biblical Studies or Master’s Degree (MDiv preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in churches of 700+
- Excellent organizational, analytical, financial, and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding ministry goals
- Proven ability to meet deadlines, develop and implement program policies and procedures, and manage changing and competing priorities
- Strategic Thinker – ability to see the big picture and position all the moving parts to help the church achieve its overall vision
- Self-starter and comfortable with delegation
