Active Job Summary
The Director of Children is responsible for leading the Kid Min Team, creating a safe and fun atmosphere, and discipleship of children and their families.

Fully participates in the life of the church as an active member
Supports and adheres to the mission, vision, values, and philosophy of ministry of First Moss Bluff Church
Submits to and supports the leadership of the Directional Team
Staff Qualifications
Character: staff members are required to be persons of high character
Competency: staff members are expected to have high competency in the area of their specific role and responsibilities
Culture: staff members are expected to operate well within the culture of First Moss Bluff Church
Children’s Ministry Experience in large church (3-4yr + preferred)
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Vision
Own First Moss Bluff vision and mission.
Effectively cast and invite others into God’s vision for children and their families.
Lead Kid Min Staff Members to carry out the Family Ministry and First Moss Bluff’s vision.
