Position Summary: FSBC is seeking a Senior Pastor who is a dynamic preacher, strong leader, and compassionate shepherd. The ideal candidate will lead the congregation with biblical teaching, pastoral care, and a vision for growth and outreach. The Senior Pastor will oversee the spiritual direction of the church, engage actively with the community, and support the development of various church ministries.

Qualifications:

Values relationship with God, Jesus, Holy Spirit above all else.
Adheres to the Baptist Faith and Message with a commitment to the values and beliefs of the Southern Baptist Convention. 
A heart for pastoral care; a passion for outreach and missions; and the ability to relate to and support a diverse congregation.
A seminary degree or equivalent theological education is preferred but not required.
Significant pastoral experience with a proven track record of effective ministry leadership.
Strong preaching and teaching skills, with a deep understanding of Scripture.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, with experience in church administration and strategic planning.
