Senior Pastor Full Time

Fleming Baptist Church, situated in Augusta, Georgia, is earnestly seeking a full-time Senior Pastor who has been divinely prepared to guide our congregation.

As a traditional Southern Baptist Church, we are seeking a mission minded pastor who upholds to the 

Baptist Faith and Message 2000
Delivers the Word of God with unwavering faithfulness
Will lead our congregation with wisdom, humility, and compassion.
The Senior Pastor will be responsible for preaching, teaching, pastoral care, church leadership, and community outreach.

Qualifications:

Called to pastoral ministry and committed to the inerrancy and authority of the Scriptures. 
Graduated seminary school with at least 3 years of experience as a pastor preferred.
Ordained in a Southern Baptist Church and conforms to the qualifications found in 1 Timothy 3:1-7.
Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, financial awareness and responsibility, and effective administration skills to lead, manage, and organize the church staff.
Possess proven character and integrity, maintain a vital personal relationship with the Lord through daily Bible study and prayer, and prioritize family at home. Exhibit a Godly balanced life.
