Senior Pastor Full Time

Located in rural northeast Kentucky, Flemingsburg Baptist Church is a Southern Baptist Church in agreement with “The Baptist Faith and Message (2000 Revision)” seeking a full-time senior pastor to shepherd our congregation by teaching/preaching God’s Word, providing pastoral care and demonstrating administrative leadership.  Applicants must meet the standards set forth in I Timothy, Chapter 3.  The senior pastor is responsible for teaching/proclaiming the Gospel message in worship services Sunday morning and Sunday evening as well as Wednesday evening prayer meeting/Bible study.  Morning worship service attendance averages 100.  Our worship music includes traditional hymns and contemporary praise music.  Other staff members include an administrative assistant, a youth director, and a children’s director. We prefer a candidate who has graduated from a Bible college or seminary.
