CarterBaldwin is pleased to partner with Florida Baptist Financial Services (FBFS) to identify its next Director of Trusts and Planned Giving, a strategic leadership role serving Southern Baptist churches, pastors, and members across the state of Florida.

Founded in 1947 as a ministry of the Florida Baptist Convention, FBFS exists to support the financial health and long-term ministry impact of Southern Baptist churches and affiliated ministries. Today the organization manages more than $450 million in assets and provides services including church lending, investment management, stewardship consulting, and planned giving strategies designed to help churches and believers faithfully steward resources for Kingdom purposes.

The Director of Trusts and Planned Giving will help pastors, church leaders, and members think biblically about stewardship and legacy giving, guiding individuals and families through estate planning, charitable gifts, trusts, and endowments that strengthen the long-term ministry of the Church. FBFS currently serves approximately 2,800 Southern Baptist churches across Florida, offering a remarkable opportunity to support pastors and church members through trusted relationships and stewardship education.
