Gila Valley Baptist Church is seeking a dedicated full-time pastor to serve together with our congregation while providing spiritual leadership for the church and its ministries.

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Communicate Biblical teaching in a way that is clear and understandable.
  • Live a life that visibly displays the fruit of the Spirit.
  • Emphasize discipleship, personal and spiritual growth, and servant leadership.
  • Be able to recognize and value the spiritual gifts of others and encourage the use of those gifts within the church.
  • Form new relationships easily seeking ways to be actively involved in our church and community.

We are located in Gila, NM, a rural community in southwestern New Mexico. We are a Southern Baptist Church with a strong, active congregation and close ties to our community.
