Senior Pastor Full Time

We are a Southern Baptist Church, who are a body of believers trusting in God to bring us our new pastor. Tiffin is a growing community of around 18,000 with two universities (Heidelberg U.and Tiffin U.) which are expanding. We are located about 55 miles Southeast of Toledo, in Northwest Ohio.  We are traditional in worship, but would welcome contemporary music into the service, that honors God.  Our church is located just outside of Tiffin on plenty of land to expand. We were built debt-free by the grace of God about 25 years ago. 

We are looking for the man God has all ready chosen to be with us, to shepherd and lead us.  A persistent prayer life, presentation of God’s word and a personality that is eager to reach those within and around our community is a plus.  We want someone who preaches the whole counsel of God’s word. He should be biblically called to serve as pastor (some pastoral experience and a seminary degree is preferred) and will set the vision for our church. 

Grace is a body of about 45 united members who are ready to heed the call of God, to be led into His work and to partner with our new shepherd.  This is a full-time position with office hours at least 4 days a week. Visiting the homebound, those sick or nursing home residing is a desire to support and show encouragement to the less fortunate of our congregation.  Integrity is a must.  We, as a congregation will support through prayer, help, and encouragement, the accountability of the actions of the pastor God will lead to us.
