Director of Grace Kids Full Time

Grace Baptist Church in Nashville, TN is seeking a full-time Director of Grace Kids to lead and grow our K–5th grade ministry. Join us in our mission of connecting kids to be purpose-filled followers of Christ as we invest in the next generation by raising and releasing transformational leaders.

The Director of Grace Kids will provide leadership for a growing children’s ministry focused on helping kids develop a genuine faith in Jesus. This role involves leading volunteers, partnering with parents, and creating discipleship-driven environments through weekly programming and special events. The ideal candidate will have a clear calling to ministry, love discipling children, and the ability to lead and organize a team.

This position is part of a mission-driven church pursuing a bold vision of raising and sending transformational leaders. The Director of Grace Kids will play a key role in that vision by investing in the next generation and helping build a ministry that aligns with the mission of Grace Baptist Church. Candidates should be committed to biblical discipleship and equipped through education.
