Media and Production Director Part Time

Production Director
·      Weekly worship service plan review for all services on Sundays and Wednesdays, and any special services
·      Meets with the Worship Pastor weekly for reviewing details concerning recently past and upcoming services
·      Meets with pastors and tech operators weekly to review, instruct, and finalize plans concerning specific elements for upcoming services that day or that week
·      Reviews all service schedules for detailed descriptions of persons involved, equipment needed, and technical elements required, prior to the day of each service
·      Works with musicians, tech operators, pastors, guests, and any other person or leader involved in the services to remind them of specific cues related to technical elements, staging positions, and timing – coordinates the flow of the services
·      Reviews the overall presentation of every service for improvements, reviewing each of the 4 primary media categories (sound, lighting, displays, and staging) for excellence, during all elements of every service
·      Develops processes and procedures for ensuring accuracy in execution and excellence of specific technical elements for upcoming services – communicates detailed procedures to pastors and tech operators
 
Media Director
·      Acquires and maintains a good understanding of all system configurations and operations for service lighting, video projection, and audio equipment.
·      Proficient in troubleshooting issues with these systems and regularly performs evaluations of the operations of the audio, video, and lighting systems; resolving technical issues as needed.
·      Facilitates recruiting, training, and leading of operators for audio, video, and lighting systems as needed for all services (English campus only).
·      Maintains audio, video, and lighting equipment campus wide, which includes all permanently installed equipment in both WC1 and WC2.
Controls the media budget and purchases audio, video, and lighting equipment as needed.
