Children’s Ministry Director Part Time

Hillmon Grove Baptist Church in Cameron, NC, (Western Harnett County) is seeking a part time Children’s Ministry Director for infant through 6th grade children.  This position is responsible for development, implementation, and oversight of the vision, strategy, and tactical elements (programs, activities, educational aspects) related to the Children’s ministries and outreach.  Programs and activities include Sunday mornings and Sunday evenings, Wednesday evenings, Vacation Bible School and other special activities and events.  The Director is responsible for working with other Church Staff and Children’s Ministry volunteers to develop and implement all children’s ministries.  The position requires leadership and communication skills, strong Christian values and a passion for the spiritual development of Children and their Families.  Applicant should have a minimum of three years’ experience working with preschool children/elementary school age children.  Experience in Christian church or Christian school environment is preferred.
