Pastor Full Time

Hillside Baptist Church is seeking a full-time pastor that fosters personal and spiritual growth within all age groups. 

Requirements: 

• Completion of a seminary program. 
• Previous experience as a pastor, youth minister, or other ministry leadership role. 
• Strong communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Spiritually mature with a commitment to the Baptist faith and Conservative beliefs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Delivering engaging and Biblically sound sermons/studies on Sundays and Wednesdays. 
• Offering support, counseling, and visitation to members throughout various life stages like marriage, death, illness. 
• Making connections throughout the community through programs like Release Time. 
• Maintaining consistent office hours and being available to church staff/ committees.
