Worship Pastor Part Time

Hillside church is searching for a part time worship Pastor. This person should be a mature believer have at least 2 years experience in leading worship. This individual would be responsible for leading worship, planning the music worship which includes choosing songs, scripture reading, video and other aspects of the service. The new worship leader would also schedule practices, development and add new worship team members. 
Hillside church is a 2 year old church plant in Rowsburg Ohio. Currently our worship includes hymns, choruses and some contemporary songs. We are looking to add more contemporary songs. We are halfway between Cleveland  and Columbus. We are in a small town but there are 16000 people within a 10 mile radius of the church. This number does not include the city of Ashland which is 7 miles west of the  church with a population of 25000.
