Pastor of Worship and Youth Full Time

Hopewell Baptist Church of Morganton, NC will soon be looking to bring on a Full-Time Pastor of Worship and Youth. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading corporate worship, ability to play a lead instrument (keys/guitar), ability to lead a choir and/or praise team AND a heart for Youth ministry. This is a dual role position with M-F office hours and church day expectations. Hopewell is a growing church that averages 200+ on Sundays and 100+ on Wednesdays and is rapidly growing. The 5 year vision for this church includes a lot of growth and building to accommodate.

-He will support the church’s vision, be in line with Biblical doctrine and theology, agreeable to the BF&M 2000, and be ordained into the Christian ministry. A degree in ministry Is a plus but not required to apply.

-If married, he must be the Godly leader for his family and be a Godly example within the community.

-He should be ordained into Christian Ministry and come from a like-minded denomination 

-He should also be able to preach and serve in the pulpit when called upon.
