The Role
The Worship Pastor provides vision and leadership for all aspects of corporate worship. This includes leading worship services, developing teams, and cultivating a worship culture that engages the church and reaches the community with the hope of the gospel.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and lead engaging, Christ-centered worship gatherings
- Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to shape meaningful worship services
- Recruit, develop, and pastor worship and tech teams
- Support and equip Next Gen worship leaders
- Ensure alignment with Immanuel’s mission and values
What We’re Looking For
- A growing relationship with Jesus and a heart for shepherding others
- Strong vocal and instrumental leadership (guitar or keys preferred)
- Experience using Planning Center, ProPresenter, and other worship tech
- A team builder with a teachable spirit and passion for discipleship
- 5+ years of worship leadership preferred
