The Role
The Worship Pastor provides vision and leadership for all aspects of corporate worship. This includes leading worship services, developing teams, and cultivating a worship culture that engages the church and reaches the community with the hope of the gospel.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and lead engaging, Christ-centered worship gatherings
  • Collaborate with the Lead Pastor to shape meaningful worship services
  • Recruit, develop, and pastor worship and tech teams
  • Support and equip Next Gen worship leaders
  • Ensure alignment with Immanuel’s mission and values

What We’re Looking For

  • A growing relationship with Jesus and a heart for shepherding others
  • Strong vocal and instrumental leadership (guitar or keys preferred)
  • Experience using Planning Center, ProPresenter, and other worship tech
  • A team builder with a teachable spirit and passion for discipleship
  • 5+ years of worship leadership preferred
