Minister of Worship Full Time

Immanuel Baptist Church is a conservative Baptist church in Tallahassee, FL, adhering to the inerrancy of God’s Word.  We currently have two services on Sunday mornings: a Traditional Service and a Contemporary Service. We are seeking a full-time Minister of Worship. Qualified candidates should demonstrate a commitment to Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior as described in 1 Timothy 3. Successful candidates’ doctrine should align with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000. Additionally, the candidate should have a minimum of 5 years full time experience as a worship leader and possess a four-year college degree or seminary degree in Music/Worship Ministry, Music, Music Education, or related training.

The Minister of Worship will lead and oversee the worship ministry of the church through biblically sound worship experiences. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, leading contemporary worship and coordinating all other musical worship services, including traditional worship.
