Position Overview:
Judson Missionary Baptist Church seeks a full-time pastor who will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a visionary perspective to our congregation. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering spiritual growth, invigorating our outreach initiatives, and guiding our community towards a renewed future.

Responsibilities:
– Provide biblical teaching and preaching consistent with the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message
– Lead and shepherd the congregation with compassion and integrity
– Develop and implement strategies for growth and outreach, particularly focused on youth and families
– Cultivate a welcoming and engaging church environment

Qualifications:
– Strong belief in the inerrant, infallible, and inspired Word of God
– Proven experience in pastoral ministry and church leadership
– Ability to inspire and engage the congregation
