Worship and Students Minister Full Time

King Spring Baptist Church of Smyrna, GA, is looking to hire a full-time ministerial staff member to partner with the Elders in overseeing the areas of worship and student ministry.  Responsibilities for this staff role will include:

Worship Responsibilities: Oversee all facets of the church’s weekly worship experience on Sunday mornings.  That oversight will include the development of each service via the selection of songs and other components like scripture readings, doctrinal liturgies, prayer, etc; the coordination of vocalists, instrumentalists and multimedia (audio/video) members for the implementation of the planned service; and the communication of information to equip all volunteers to bring glory to God through their service.

Students Responsibilities: Oversee all facets of the church’s ministry to students in grades 6-12.  That oversight will include biblical teaching, facilitation of social events/activities and volunteer coordination.
