Lake Lynn Baptist Church in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a full-time pastor to lead our congregation and community in worship, discipleship, and evangelism.  We are a traditional congregation, affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention, and are prayerfully seeking a pastor who feels called to preach the Word of God and who has:

A kind, approachable, humble, passionate, enthusiastic, and encouraging personality. 
The ability to motivate, encourage, and unify a congregation and community of all ages.
A genuine God-given passion for ministry, service, and missions.
Excellent preaching and teaching skills, and can communicate effectively with all ages.
